Lychee & Rose Martini
20ml Kwai Feh, 40ml Premium Gin, 25ml Freshly squeezed lime juice, 10ml Rose syrup, a dash of egg-white, a dash of lychee juice.
Method
Chill the glass, shake all the ingredients in the shaker with cubed ice. Strain in a chilled glass and garnish with a rose petal. -
