Shipping policy

COVID-19: Whilst the vast majority of our orders are being delivered on time, due to the current pandemic some delays may occur. During this period our cut-off time for next day delivery has changed to 12pm. All orders placed after this time will be dispatched the following working day.

Distributing and dispatching directly from our London based warehouse, we only partner with the most reputable shipping companies including Parcelforce, Fedex and DPD. All our deliveries are tracked and your tracking number is emailed to you once your order has been confirmed.

We do not currently offer delivery at weekends or on Bank Holidays. Next day deliveries placed after 12pm on Friday will be dispatched the following Monday, and delivered on Tuesday.

Next Day Delivery: In the unlikely event that a next day delivery is not achieved we will issue a partial refund. This will be calculated as the difference between our express delivery charge and that charged at the time of placing the order.

The shipping rates below cover most of mainland UK, you can purchase upto 6 items at no additional cost.

*Northern Ireland and remote postal codes may incur a surcharge, this will be displayed at checkout. These zones will also be excluded from free delivery promotions.
