Ingredients
60ml Cointreau
20ml Fresh Lemon juice
30ml Soda Water
Garnish
3 Fresh Strawberries
2 Slices fresh Cucumber
Sprig of mint
Method
1. Combine all ingredients apart from soda water in a cocktail shaker.
2. Add ice and shake until well-chilled.
3. Strain into a chilled highball glass.
4. Top off with soda water.
5. Garnish with fresh strawberries, a cucumber slice and mint sprig. -
