Ingredients: 2 parts Appleton Estate 12 Year Old Rum, 12 coffee beans.
Method: Lightly muddle coffee beans. Stir muddle beans with rum over ice. Strain rum into a short glass over one large ice cube. Garnish with 3-4 whole coffee beans.
