2 parts Appleton Estate 8 year old Reserve, 0.5 parts fresh lime juice, 0.5 parts orange curacao, 0.5 parts almond syrup.
Method: Combine all ingredients in a shaker filled with ice (crushed & cubed). Shake until chilled & pour into a short glass. Garnish with wedge of lime and a fresh mint sprig. -
