50ml Grey Goose La Poire, 25ml Vanilla Liqueur, 25ml Lemon Juice, 20ml Sugar Syrup, Pear slice
Method
Put all ingredients into a cocktail shaker filled with ice. Shake well until the outside of the shaker is frosted and beaded with sweat. Strain into a chilled martini glass and garnish with pear slice. -
