50ml Whitley Neill Brazilian Lime Gin, 25ml Freshly squeezed lime juice, 20ml Sugar syrup.
Method:1. Peel of 2 limes oils squeezed and dropped into shaker
2. 2-3 mint leaves into shaker
3. Shake with ice
4. Coupe Glass – Lime Wheel on the rim & clapped mint leaf -
